What this is
Mitten Spectrum is a small, parent-written resource. Our first project is a "diagnosis to services" guide for Michigan families, covering insurance, Medicaid and community mental health, school and the IEP, and everyday life at home. It is coming soon.
A free newsletter is planned too. Signup is not open yet.

About the parent
Hi, I'm Sam H., a Michigan autism dad. My son is 11 and was diagnosed with autism. I wrote what I wish someone had handed me the day we got the news. I share our story, but keep our names, photos and details private.
